1. Service and eligibility
Emosupport is an early-access business customer-support service. You must be authorized to act for the workspace you use. The service is intended for business use and is not directed to children.
2. Account responsibility
You are responsible for account access, accurate configuration, authorized users and activity performed through your workspace. Keep credentials secure and report suspected misuse promptly.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, interfere with its operation, bypass security boundaries, access another tenant's data, distribute harmful content or use connected platforms contrary to their rules.
4. Customer data
You retain responsibility for customer data and instructions submitted through your workspace, including having appropriate rights and notices. You authorize Emosupport to process that data to provide and secure the service.
5. Third-party platforms
WhatsApp, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Etsy and other connected services are independent third parties. Emosupport does not control their availability, API changes, approvals, account decisions or terms.
6. Intellectual property
Emosupport and its service materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service or of customer data.
7. Preview features and availability
Some features are preview, beta or planned and may change or be withdrawn. Service interruptions may occur, and no uninterrupted availability or platform approval is guaranteed.
8. Termination
Access may be suspended or ended for material misuse, security risk, legal requirements or discontinuation. Workspace operators may request closure and deletion subject to retention obligations.
9. Disclaimers and limitations
The service is provided on an early-access basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any warranty disclaimer or liability limitation will apply only to the extent legally valid and should be reviewed for the parties' jurisdiction before commercial use.
