1. Digital reading service
Emozhuizhui provides made-to-order English PDF readings based on customer-supplied information. The two products are a Residential Geomancy Reading and a Personal Destiny Interpretation Report. Each purchase is for the written digital deliverable described on the relevant product page.
2. Customer information
You are responsible for entering a working delivery email and accurate birth, time-zone, property, compass, and concern information. A property reading should use compass measurements taken just inside the main entrance while facing outward. If information is missing, inconsistent, or unreadable, fulfilment may pause while corrected information is requested.
3. Automated assistance and editorial method
The service uses software to calculate traditional chart and orientation data and may use automated language or image analysis to assist preparation. Customer-supplied facts remain locked inputs; unavailable automated features fall back to the standard report method. Product listings will disclose the use of AI-assisted creation where required by the selling platform.
4. Delivery and corrections
The PDF is delivered to the submitted email address or through the order channel stated at checkout. Please check spam and promotions folders. A request to correct a genuine input or calculation error should include the order reference and be made within 14 days of delivery. A new reading based on changed personal circumstances, a different property, or substantially different input may require a new purchase.
5. Nature of the reading
Readings express a traditional interpretive system and contain judgement, timing themes, and practical guidance. They do not guarantee a particular event, income, relationship, health outcome, legal result, or property performance. Do not use a reading as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, structural, electrical, or safety decisions.
6. Digital products, cancellation, and refunds
Because preparation can begin soon after complete information is received, cancellation rights may be limited once personalised work starts, subject to mandatory consumer law and the marketplace's policies. Duplicate charges, non-delivery, corrupted files, or material preparation errors will be investigated. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not submit unlawful material, images you lack the right to use, malicious files, or another person's sensitive information without authority. The delivered report is licensed for the purchaser's personal use. It may not be resold, republished as a competing product, scraped, or used to train another commercial system without permission.
8. Third-party platforms
Etsy, email providers, payment processors, AI providers, and hosting services are independent third parties. Their availability, account decisions, policies, and processing are outside our control. Purchases made through Etsy remain subject to Etsy's applicable terms and case process.
