1. Information used for readings
For a residential geomancy reading, we may collect an email address, property description and general location, construction or renovation year, compass readings, stated concerns, floor plans, and property photographs. For a personal destiny reading, we may collect an email address, gender, local date and time of birth, place and time zone of birth, stated concerns, and optional background. A customer does not need to provide a name.
2. How the information is used
We use the submitted information to calculate the requested traditional chart or property orientation, prepare the ordered English-language PDF, deliver it, answer order-related questions, prevent duplicate fulfilment, and protect the service from abuse.
3. Automated processing and service providers
Report text may be assisted by automated language processing. Uploaded floor plans and photographs may be analysed by a separate image-capable provider when that feature is enabled. Hosting, email delivery, payment marketplaces, and connected platforms may process the minimum information needed for their part of the service. These providers operate under their own terms and may process data in other countries.
4. Image and report retention
Uploaded floor plans and property photographs are scheduled for deletion 30 days after successful delivery. Generated PDF files and the personal data used to create them are scheduled for deletion or irreversible redaction after 90 days, unless a longer period is reasonably required for a payment dispute, fraud prevention, security incident, or legal obligation. Backups may expire on a separate protected rotation.
5. Etsy and connected-order data
Information received from Etsy or another connected marketplace is used only to process and support the related transaction, comply with the platform's requirements, and maintain legally required records. We do not use a buyer's email address for unrelated marketing without separate permission.
6. Security
We use access controls, isolated workspaces, encrypted connector credentials, verified webhook boundaries, restricted upload types and sizes, and automated deletion routines. No online service can promise absolute security.
7. Your choices and requests
You may ask for access, correction, or early deletion of eligible report data. We may ask for the order reference and proof that you control the delivery email. See our data deletion page.
8. Children
The service is intended for adults and is not knowingly offered to children.
9. Sale of personal information
Emozhuizhui does not sell personal information.
10. Updates and contact
