Automatic schedule
Uploaded property images are scheduled for deletion 30 days after successful report delivery. Generated PDFs and personal report inputs are scheduled for deletion or irreversible redaction after 90 days, subject to limited legal, fraud, security, dispute, and backup exceptions.
How to request earlier deletion
Email [email protected] from the delivery address and write “Data deletion request” in the subject line.
Information we need
- Your report or marketplace order reference
- The delivery email address
- Whether the request covers uploaded images, the generated PDF, report inputs, or all eligible data
- Enough information to verify that the request is yours
What happens next
After verification, eligible live data will be deleted or redacted. We will explain if a record must be retained temporarily for a payment dispute, fraud prevention, security investigation, or legal obligation. Etsy and other platforms keep their own records and may require a separate request.
