How to submit a request

Information we need
- Your workspace name and account email
- The connected Store or channel account concerned
- The categories of data you want deleted
- Enough information to verify your authority for the workspace
What the request may cover
A verified request may cover workspace account data, connector authorizations and credentials, customer-support conversation data, and commerce context where deletion is legally and contractually applicable.
Verification and retention
We may ask for additional verification before acting. Some records may be retained where needed for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backups or legal and contractual obligations. Connected platforms may require a separate request under their own policies.
